Originally built in 1936 by entrepreneur and pilot Colonel J.L. Sheppard, The Colonel’s Club reflects the spirit of the Colonel’s travels around the world. A collection of favorite dishes he tried along the way, treasured keepsakes and memories all within a design inspired by the faraway places he visited.
